Our basic service includes these main areas:

Services Included

Installation and Configuration

Your site will begin with a fresh “vanillaā€¯ Drupal and CiviCRM installation. Drupal will be configured with user permissions, a customized user-friendly control panel and a customized interface geared for usability. The site will be completely configured, including:

  • Email Server Setup
  • Payment Processor Setup
  • Mapping Provider Setup

Obtaining an account with a payment processor or mapping provider supported by CiviCRM will be your responsibility. We require merely the account details and we will setup your CiviCRM to accept payments using that payment processor and to show maps based on that mapping provider. We are of course happy to offer assistance in setting up these accounts.


We will monitor your site 24 hours a day 7 days a week to insure that your CiviCRM is always online.
This includes monitoring for server health, internet connection readiness and server software updates.


We will upgrade your account when the CiviCRM team releases a new version of CiviCRM or when the Drupal team releases a new version of Drupal. We generally wait one week after a release is announced, to wait and see if any new bugs will surface. This policy is flexible, especially in the event that a new release contains a serious bug fix. We do not guarantee more than one upgrade per month.

Upgrade service is for minor Drupal upgrades only, and does not include major upgrades such as Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 or Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.

Services Not Included

Our basic service does not include any customization of your installation, such as custom data, theming or functionality. It also does not include data import. We can of course provide such services on a contract basis. Contact us for details.
